By accessing and using Zolly ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Zolly is an AI-powered platform that generates landing pages based on user prompts. Our service includes:

  • AI-generated landing page creation
  • Visual editing tools for customization
  • HTML export functionality
  • Template library access
  • User dashboard and project management

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

Our free plan allows limited use of the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use requires a paid subscription.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions grant commercial licensing and additional features. The Weekly plan includes 9 landing pages, the Standard plan includes 39 landing pages, and the Pro plan includes 59 landing pages. Billing occurs automatically at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

5.1 Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into our Service. For AI-generated content and landing pages, you receive a license to use, modify, and distribute the output according to your subscription plan.

5.2 Service Technology

Zolly retains all rights to our AI technology, platform, and proprietary algorithms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our technology.

5.3 Third-Party Content

Images and other assets provided through our Service may be sourced from third parties. Commercial use of such content is subject to appropriate licensing terms.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Create landing pages that promote illegal activities or services

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
